1. Order Processing

All orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after your payment is verified.

  • Processing takes place Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Seasonal volume or high demand may extend preparation times.
  • Orders placed after business hours begin processing the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Local Delivery (where applicable): 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 14–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

External factors such as customs inspections, weather, or courier delays may affect arrival times. Tracking updates provide real-time status.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Eligible products may include free shipping.
  • Expedited services can be selected for an additional fee.
  • Once dispatched, shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Tracking Information

As soon as your order leaves our facility, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Track updates anytime on our Track Your Order page.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and any additional charges not included in your AlisandaShop payment.

  • All customs and handling fees must be paid by the receiver.
  • Packages refused due to unpaid duties may be refunded minus shipping costs.
  • Customs procedures may create delays outside our control.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

While AlisandaShop cannot assume responsibility once your parcel is with the courier, we will assist you throughout the resolution process.

  • If marked as delivered but missing, check with neighbors or your local delivery office.
  • Claims for lost or stolen shipments should be submitted to the courier.
  • Retain all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged and notify us immediately.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address details are accurate when placing your order. AlisandaShop is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Contact us as soon as possible to correct an address before the order is shipped.
  • We cannot modify or reroute shipments already in transit.

8. Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, we offer the following:

  • Resend: We will ship it again after receiving the additional shipping fee.
  • Refund: A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
